BODHOCO MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This agreement, [Company Name], which will be referred to as “BODHOCO” below, on one side, and the person or organization (“Member”) who will register for membership through the BODHOCO website (“Site”) on the other side, collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement includes the Member’s right to use the Site by registering for membership on the BODHOCO website and BODHOCO’s obligation to provide member services.
